Mourning for Bob Heil, K9EID

It was with great sadness that we received the news of the passing of our long-time partner, Bob Heil, K9EID, founder of Heil Sound, last week.

Bob, a passionate ham radio operator and tireless promoter of the hobby, bravely battled cancer and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.

We will sorely miss Bob and his dedication to ham radio and our thoughts are with his family. His influence on our passion will be felt forever.
