The Super Antenna MP-1 is a versatile, 1.8-meter-long multiband portable antenna with a power handling capacity of 150 watts. In its basic configuration, it covers the shortwave bands from 7 to 30 MHz and can be optionally extended to 80 meters. At its heart is the center coil with a stepless internal tap, which can be tuned by simply pulling it apart or pushing it together. For operation on 2 meters and 70 centimeters, the center coil can be omitted, with resonance being adjusted via the telescopic upper section. The antenna has a 3/8" connection for portable and mobile use.
